Bedford Prison Inspection Report – February 2024
A report I turned around on the day to be the lead story for ITV News Anglia’s 6pm programme following a damning inspection into the state of Bedford Prison.
Cost of Gluten Free Diet Report – May 2023
I planned, presented, scripted and edited a report on the pressures of the gluten free diet amid the cost of living crisis. It featured on ITV Anglia’s East and West programmes and the featured interview with Coeliac UK was later included in a nationwide ITV News report on a similar topic.
Skydiving 90-year-old Report – May 2023
A report I presented, scripted and edited while I was in charge of ITV Anglia’s bulletins for the weekend.
Sport Roundup Report – November 2023
I produced this roundup of the weekend’s non-football action while I was overseeing ITV Anglia’s sport coverage by standing in for the regular sport presenter. As well as making the report engaging for viewers who may not have been interested in sport, I produced the report under time pressures while writing & editing the rest of the sport coverage for two programmes.

I secured an exclusive television interview with the former Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn when he visited Norwich for a rally in September 2022.

I produced this segment for ITV News Anglia’s evening programme, making use of graphics and writing statistics in an easy to digest way.
